    Tender Details

    Bids Are Invited For Boq Total Quantity : 1---Bed Hard (i) MS pipe for various parts of bed hard shall be of 18G (1.25mm) thick and MS strip of size 20x45mm as shown in drawing shall be 3mm thick. Nos 530 (ii) Irrespective of what is shown on drawing external and internal width of bed shall be 900mm and 824mm in lieu of 980mm and 904mm respectively. (iii) 4Nos of 25x25mm MS square pipe 18G shall be provided in lieu of 3 Nos as shown in details at A in drawing. (iv) The height of foot board shall be 500mm in lieu of 400mm as shown in front elevation. (v) Head board and foot board shall be fixed with 18mm thick prelaminated melamine faced particlae board both side decorative duly fitted with PVC edging. (vi) Top of bed shall be of 12mm thick plywood commercial face 7 ply BWR grade and type BB make Greenply /Kitply/Century (vii) Lable for embossing CA No & Name of contractor etc shall be provided as approved by GE. (viii) All mid steel members after fabrication shall be given a phaspate treatement confirming to IS 1477 (Part-I) and finished with epoxy polyster powder coating of approved colour of indigenous make : confirming to 1513871. The thickness of coating shall not be less than 70 micron process when wet and oven daied.
