    Bids Are Invited For Boq Total Quantity : 1-Punched Tape Concertina Coil (inculding spike and handel) with 50 turns and dia 1050mm, having a core wire of high carbon spring steel of high tensile strength. The punched tape and core wire (2.6 ± 0.035 mm dia) are electro galvanised to provide protection against out door exposure. The punched tape is mechanically crimped over the core wire and then formed into a coil at various parts of the periphery of the coil; steel clips total 129 Nos per coil equally spaced to connect the individual turns of the coil to each other so that it open like an accordion. the width of strip as 19 mm and spacing of blades 24.00 ± 0.5 mm C/C. The weight of each coil will be 15.2 ± 5% Kgs without packing material and coil lengtth 15 mtr when opened up with an neffective hight of 915mm. Each coil wound with bituminised Hessian cloth for providing protective packing. Ref specification No CQAE/5660/1602/a for raw material and drawings IMGA-0112/B (sheet 1 of 2), IMGA - 0112/C (sheet 2 of 2 ), IMPD - 1817/B, IMPD -1820, IMPD-1821/B and IMPD - 1822/B.
