Mechanism : Rack And Pinion, Metal Casting Frame Material :Pp, Colour : Yellow, Shield Thickness : 03 Mm, Transparent Shield Material : Polycarbonate, Stroke Length : 75 Mm To 150 Mm Customized With Press Machine Available At Ordnance Factory Bhusawal Along With Installation And Additional Terms As Per Annexure A Make : Ecoline Psg 200 Or Equivalent. Scope Of Supply 1. Safety Guard Will Be Installed On Press Machine ( Customization As Per Requirement ) By Firm’S Representative At Ordnance Factory Bhusawal Premises. 2. Movement Of Safety Guard Will Be Within Optimum Speed So That It Doesn’T Injure The Operator’S Hand. ‘3. Payment Shall Be Only Made Where Safety Guard Works As Per The Machine Requirements And Satisfied By Ofbh Team. 4. Any Loss During Installation Of Safety Guard Shall Be Borne By Firm Itself. 5. Installation And De-Installation Demo Shall Be Shown By Firm To Ofbh Team From Mechanical Maintenance Section. 6. Firms Shall Visit Ofbh To Understand The Requirement And Applications Of The Safety Guard 4 A Betore Designing. 7. Safety Guard Shall Not Hamper Normal Functioning Of The Machine. 8. Firm Shall Supply The Sample And Install On The Machine To Access The Functionality Of The Guard Before Bulk Supply.
