PORT DREDGE PUMP LINE ALIGNMENT (FROM SPIROFLEX COUPLING TO DREDGE PUMP & JET PUMP):\nSpiro flex coupling in between main engine and dredge pump gear box to be removed, overhauled and to be fixed back. Alignment between ME Stub shaft and Dredge pump GB to be checked, the same is to be corrected in between Main Engine and Dredge pump Gear box, Dredge pump gear box to thrust block, Dredge pump gear box to jet pump by checking / considering the Main Engine Web deflection with in the limits. During the course of correction of misalignment existing foundation bolt holes (of Dredge ump gear box, dredge pump cradle) to be reamed. Metal build-up to be undertaken in the foundation bolt holes and new holes to be drilled & reamed. Fit bolts to be manufactured and fitted in position.\nContractor has to carryout complete scope ow works as per attached/enclosed scope of work & conditions mentioned in Annuxre-A to the satisfaction of SS & HSL.
