    Tender For The Hospital And Its Eight Mini Units Is Providing Free Treatment To The Gas Victims And Their Dependents Of The Bhopal Gas Tragedy, Free Of Cost And On Chargeable Basis To Non Gas Victims -A) Existing RO plant Servicing work:- 1 Change of filter media of Multigarded Sand Filter along with multiport valve. 2 Change of fliter media of Activated Carbon Filter along with multiport valve. 3 Change the multiport valve of Softener. B) Modification work of Existing RO Plant:- 1 Skid SS 304 for mounting of all components 2 Feed Pump SS, Model- 2-40 CHL 3 Replacement of piping from start to end point of RO Plant. 4 Replacement of Electrical Panel, Automation of RO Plant for minimization of manpower for operating the RO Plant along with float switch for auto start and auto off. 5 Flow meter for Permit, Reject and Reject recycle for checking the water flow in RO Plant 6 Gate Valve SS ½ for Reject and Recycle controlling 7 Ball Valve SS 1 for controlling the high pressure from high pressure pump 8 Pressure gauge for each point like before MGF, ACF, Softener, Micron Filter and after Micron Filter along with before RO membrane and after RO Membrane for checking of water pressure at each point 9 Dosing pump for Antiscalent dosing 10 Solenoid valve 1 for controlling the raw water through electrical operated valve for controlling the TDS from RO Plant 11 Micron Filter 2.5 Dia. X 20 HOS with 5 Micron Porosity 12 Antiscalent 13 UV Sterilizer System 3000 Ltrs per hour 14 Micron Filter alongwith its Housing with 0.25 Micron Porosity 15 RO Water transfer pump SS, Model- 2-40 CHL
