Fabrication of AG piping for FIM Long Text: Fabrication of above ground CS piping for BCPL supplied free issue materials# Scope of contractor includes: i. Transportation of piping material from storage location to designated fabrication yard. ii. ,,Fabrication including cutting, edge preparation, fit-up, welding.iii. Fabrication job as mentioned above shall include fabrication at both yard and erection site. iv. ,,NDT required shall be performed by BCPL lined up NDT agency. Contractor to offer the joints for NDT (mainly DPT & RT)wherever required. # Note: a. The fabricated joints shall be accepted only after acceptance from NDT. b. No payment shall be made for any re-work on the joint. Type of NDT requirement shall be communicated after, submission of welding procedure by the contractor on award of contract.

Erection of AG piping Long Text: Erection of above ground CS piping. Scope of contractor includes: i. Laying of pipelines in racks and also to be erected and connected at elevation other than racks. ii. ,,Scaffolding wherever required shall be made by the contractor, however the scaffolding pipes and clamp shall be provided by BCPL. iii. Fabrication and placement of supports. Structural raw material for the supports shall be supplied by BCPL. Contractor to submit support drawing for acceptance along with the Isometric drawing.
