1. PREPARATION OF TOPOGRAPHICAL SURVEY :- Consultancy services for carrying out topographical survey work upto 8 KM using total station with GPS system the unit/ area for survey are as under:-\n\n (i) 302 Field Hospital (ii) 2 MDSR (iii) Army Public School (iv) 502 ASC Bn (v) 602\n EME Bn (vi) 671 Army Avn (vii) 2 Mtn DOU (viii) Transit Camp (ix) Arty Bde (x) 831 Lt \n Regiment.\n\nThe scope of work will also include the following (Qty-01 Job):-\n\n (a) Topographical survey with the help of total station showing existing roads, units boundary , bldgs, major trees, existing poles, sxisting manholes with invert level, septic tank (if any), ground level, culvert, establishing TBM at suitable locations on existing permanent structure as required for planning and desinging the sewer line of Unit/ Area included as above. \n\n(b) The survey shall also include top and invert levels of pipe and total discharge available upto collection chamber of STP.\n\n(c) Preparing level sheet at a grid of 3m x 3m interval. Top/ invert level of each manholes and natural ground level along the existing sewage including making distance between each manhole.\n\n(d) Preparation of BOQ and cost estimates for the items at Ser No 1(a) to (c) and submission in quadruplicate alongwith names reputed makes.\n\n(e) The scheme drg, hydraulic shall be vetted, from PHE experts of IITs/NITs for techincal feasibility. The designed scheme should be properly dovetailed with existing

sewage systems and the scheme designed by consultants and detail presentation shall be made by consultants to station authority and CE Shillong Zone.\n\n
