    supply of Oil Resistant Nylon Conveyor Belt , electrical items , nylon fabric oil resistant conveyor belt of grade: ohr ( oil and heat resistance grade rubber ) , confirming to is 1891 , part-ii & iii ( latest edition ) cut edge construction suitable to 30 degrees troughing angle for conveying urea prills of bulk density 700kg/cubic meter as per the details given below: ( 1 ) grade of rubber: ohr ( oil and heat resistance ) ( 2 ) service: neem oil coated urea . ( 3 ) type of belt : 500/3 , three plies ( 4 ) type of carcass: straight ply nylon/nylon carcass . ( 5 ) belt width: 600mm . ( 6 ) total thickness : 8 . 5mm . ( 7 ) top cover thickness: 3 . 5mm ( 8 ) bottom cover thickness : 1 . 5mm ( 9 ) minimum full thickness breaking strength at warp: 500 kn/m ( min ) . ( 10 ) minimum full thickness breaking strength at weft: not specified however shall be minimum 160kn/m . ( 11 ) volume-oil swelling shall be in accordance to aforesaid is ( less than 35 percent ) . ( 12 ) total length of belt:400 meters ( in single length ) . ( 13 ) the belting shall be marked/embossed of oil & heat resistant /ohr at intervals of every 10 meters length maximum . ( qty- 400 mr ) .
