Manufacturing and supplying of 7.5 mtr long RCC poles at Narasingampatti RCC yard as per REC design with cement concrete 1:2:4 mix using 12 mm and 20 mm machine crushed Hard Broken stone each 50 % using 7.5 mtr TMT bar including cost of all materials lead , lift , labour charges for casting poles , handling , removing of form box , and re-fixing , cleaning , oiling of form box transport and proper placing of grills inside the form box , sliding the poles into curing tank , curing , handling , lifting of pole from curing tank after curing , hire charges for platform , form box , mixer machine , vibrator , repair charges for T&P , labour for vibration , labour for testing of poles , cost of empty gunnies for bed curing , cleaning of curing tank including cost of waste oil, cotton waste , soap etc.
