( b ) utility room of size 3 . 475m x 0 . 815m ( inner dimension ) . ( c ) passage of size 1 . 71m x 0 . 73m ( inner dimension ) . ( d ) toilet chamber of size 1 . 63m x 0 . 73m ( inner dimension ) . ( e ) store list attached as appx a . ( lumsum cost to be quated as per technical specification mentioned in rfp )
