( E ) The Contractor Shall Carry Out Minor Repairs , Oiling , Mobi Oil , Greasing , Painting Etc To Pumps And Motors . Lt Panel Board And White Washing , Cleaning Of Premises Off Grass Roots , Vegetation Etc At Own Cost . ( F ) Whether The Repair Are Minor Or Not , The Decision Of Acepting Officer Shall Be Final And Binding . However In Case Of Disputes With Regard To This The Decision Of Next Higher Engr Auth Shall Be Final And Binding And Conclusive . ( G ) In Case Of Main Electric Supply Is Fails , Generator Electric Supply Will Be Maintained By The Contractor .
