Design, Manufacture And Supply Of Hydradesign, Manufacture And Supply Of Hydraulic Power Pack For Handling Of Scrap Wheel ( Approx Weight ? 1Mt Including Dead Weight ) Of Scrap Cutting System To The Following Technical Specification: Brief Working Of The System: The Hydraulic System Is Required To Operate A Wheel Loader With Clamping Arrangement And A Cutting Table. The Wheel Loader Has To Clamp One Wheel Of Diameter Betweeen 750 Mm To 1100 Mm And Lift The Wheel Of Weight Approximately 500Kgs To An Height Of 12 Inches. The Wheel Loader Is Indexed To A Distance Of Approx 1.5 Meters And Then Placed On A Cutting Table. The Wheel Placed On The Cutting Table Will Be Gas Cut And The Table Will Be Tilted To An Angle Sufficient To Drop The Wheel Cut Pieces To A Scrap Collection Bin. The Table Is Tilted By Two Hydraulic Cylinders On Either Sides Of The Cutting Table. 1. Power Pack Shall Be Designed To Operate: ( A ) Two Cylinders To Size 2 1 / 2 Bore, 14 Stroke, 1 3 / 4 Piston Rod For Cutting Table Tilting Operation. ( B ) One Cylinder To Size 4 Bore, 12 Stroke, 1 3 / 4 Piston Rod For Wheel Loader Lifting Arrangement. ( C ) One Cylinder To Size 2 1 / 2 Bore, 12 Stroke, 1 3 / 8 Piston Rod For Wheel Clamping Arrangemet On The Wheel Loader. The Operation Of The Cylinder Shall Completed Within 15 To 20 Seconds. 2. Sequence Of Operation: ( A ) Clamping Of Wheel By The Wheel Loader. ( B ) Lifting Of Wheel By The Wheeel Loader. ( C ) Transfer Of Wheel By The Wheel Loader To The Cutting Table. ( D ) Lowering & Unclamping Of Wheel On The Cutting Table. ( E ) Cutting Of Wheel Into Pieces By The Gas Cutting Head On The Cutting Table ( F ) Tilting The Cutting Table To An Angle Sufficient To Drop The Wheel Cut Pieces To A Scrap Collection Bin. 3. The Supply Shall Include: Oil Tank, Level Gauge, Filler Breather, Drain Valve, Float Switch, Temperatute Switch, Heat Exchanger, By Pass Check Valve, Strainer, Suction Ball Valve With Limit Switch, Suction Compansater, Inline Check Valve, Gauge Isolatar, Pressure Gauge, Pressure Sensor, Unloading Value With Manifold Block, Unloading Type Pressure Relief Valve, Return Line Filter, Manifold Block, D C Valve, Minimise Coupling, Minimise Hose Etc. Make Of The Dc Valves Shall Be Of M / S Rexroth, Yuken, Parker, Vickers ( Eaton ) Or Exactly Similar. ( 4 ) Oil Tank Capacity Shall Not Be Less Than 200 Ltrs. ( 5 ) Solenoid Valves Control Voltage Shall Be 110V Ac. ( 6 ) The Dc Valves Used Shall Be Of All Port Block To Have Intermttent Stoppage Of Hyd Cylinder. ( 7 ) The Cutting Table And Wheel Loader Up / Down Movement Shall Have Provision To Provide Suitable Check Valves To Prevent Down Ward Movement Under Load When Not In Use. ( 8 ) The Entire Supply Shall Be Guaranteed For A Minimum Period Of One Year. ( 9 ) The Successful Tenderer Shall Submit Three Sets Of Relevent Circuit Drawings Along With Bill Of Material.
