The impact pad should have layer of suitable thickness of polymer and rubber. The bottom part should be provided with aluminium reinforcement moulded with rubber for fastening pad with structure. Rubber Liner of Thickness 40 mm, size: 500 mmx 1000 mm, shore hardness in degrees \"A\"= 70, Tensile Strength =220 kg/sq cm, elongation at break % =550, specific gravity =1.19, DIN abrasion loss = 99 cu. Mm, along with Hardware. Hardware shall be in sets. For every 0.5 sq. mtr of rubber liner, one set of hardware is required. Each set consisting of 08 nos. nuts and bolts, Bolts should be HT bolts and Nuts should be Nylock steel nuts and washers must be of mild steel. (500 mm x1000 mm = 0.5 sq. mtr of rubber liner requires one set of hardware, hence 50 sq mtr rubber liner must consist of 100 sets of hardware)
