Fixed Charges : \n\nMonthly Fixed Cost for Supply & Plying of One No. of Brand New MAHINDRA BOLERO, DIESEL BSVI, B6(O) at IOCL Digboi Terminal on hire basis for Official Purposes to be registered as Commercial.\nItem includes the cost of following.\n(A) Depreciation Price of Vehicle, Insurance, Road Tax , Registration and Permit Charges, Cost of consumable replacable items like Battery, Tyres, Filters, Cost for Repair, Maintenance & Servicing of Vehicle and all other associated charges and services required for smooth & efficient running of vehicle.\n(B) Cost includes the monthly salary & wages of 1 No. of skilled driver with applicable statutory payments such as PF, ESI, Bonus, leaves etc. as per applicable rules in force for skilled category of workmen.

Running Cost per KM :\n\nCost includes price of Fuel, Lube Oil, Coolant & Maintenance including contractor's profit etc. Payment shall be made as per actual KM run as certified by IOC Officer. Driver shall maintain the daily log with detailed breakup of the KM Run and places visited duly certified by IOC Officer. Monthly 1850 KM running has been considered. However, payment will be released as per actual run KMs. There is no minimum assured KM against running cost.

Outstation Charges :\n\nAdditional Charges towards Plying of Vehicle outside Tinsukia District as and when required as per instruction of IOC Officer. Cost includes meal refreshments of Driver, Parking Charges etc. Payment shall be made as per actual no. of days of plying of vehicle outside Tinsukia District as certified by IOC Officer.

Overtime Charges :\n\nCharges towards hourly Overtime payable to skilled driver in addition to his monthly wages for plying of vehicle beyond office hours as per applicable overtime rates and applicable rules in force for skilled category of workmen. The overtime worked by the driver shall be certified by IOCL Officer as per actual plying of vehicle beyond General Shift Hours on regular working days or for plying of vehicle on Holidays/Sundays.
