Services For Conducting Road Inventory And Pavement Structural Functional Condition And Traffic Data Collection Survey Of 3000 Km Selected Core Road Network Of The State Of Kerala , Bill-1 , One Time Data Collection Of The Road Inventory , Pavement Structural Data , Condition Data And Functional Data As Per Terms And Conditions Specified In The Tor For 3000 Km Selected Roads ( 2 Lane ) ( The Processed Data Shall Be Given For Each 100M Of Road Lane Length Surveyed ) , One Time Pavement Deflection Data Collection Using Vehicle Mount Fwd And The Data To Be Provided At Two Pints Per Km Length Of Road Lane Length Surveyed , Cutting Of Full Depth Bituminous 4 Inch Cores ( 9 Cores Per Day- Considering Half An Hour For Setup And Core Cutting And Half An Hour For Travel From One Location To Another ) , Traffic Two Lane Conducting Classified Traffic Count At Station Point -Taking Hourly Traffic Count In Both Directions At Selected Locations Of Two-Lane Road For 7 Days 24 Hours Continuously By Recording The Classifed Traffic Volume Count In The Prescribed Format Attached ( T1 ) , Including Provision For Engaging Technicians And Setting Up Of Temporary Station Etc And Compiling The Data ( Hourly And Also Averaging It In The Form Of Annual Average Daily Traffic ) And Submitting The Same In Hard And Soft Copy Etc Complete As Per The Instructions Of The Officials . , Traffic Four Lane Conducting Classified Traffic Count At Station Point -Taking Hourly Traffic Count In Both Directions At Selected Locations Of Four-Lane For 7 Days 24 Hours Continuously By Recording The Classifed Traffic Volume Count In The Prescribed Format Attached ( T1 ) , Including Provision For Engaging Tecnicians And Setting Up Of Temporary Station Etc And Compiling The Data ( Hourly And Also Averaging It In The Form Of Annual Average Daily Traffic ) And Submitting The Same In Hard And Soft Copy Etc Complete As Per The Instructions Of The Officials . , Cutting Open Test Pit At The Wheel Track And Get The Details Of The Layers ( Thickness And Type ) Of Pavement Composition -At One Location As Suggested By The Engineer In Charge Carefully By Excavating Pit Of Area 1 M X 1 M Using Jackharmer . Density Measurement At Top Subgrade Layer By Sand Replacement Method And Collection Of Subgrade Soil For Detailed Material Charactraization As Per Proforma 3 ( A ) , Filling The Test Pit With Gsb , Wbm , Wmm , Bituminous Material And Compacting Through Manual Method Each Unboundlayer At The Same Line And Level Filling Of Bituminous Layer As Directed By The Departmental Officers At Site And Reporting The Pavement Composition With Photographs And Meassurement Specifing The Type Of Layer . ( 2 Pits A Day ) , Conducting And Recording As Per T2 Proforma Based On Vehicle Code , The Axle Load Survey Round The Clock ( 24 Hours ) .
