Safe Loading, Carriage & unloading of following materials from Centre store to J.E.Dump Store. 0-30 KM) a) Line Material. b) ST pole 11 mtr long. c) 10 KVA T/F. d)250 KVA T/F. e)400 KVA T/F. f)630 KVA T/F. g) PVC Cable 3.5x240/1x400sqmm .-2)-Fabrication, erection of sub-station type double pole on 8.5 mtr long PCC Pole along with fixing of necessary clamps. Accessories required including grouting in ratio 1:4:8 cement, sand & brick ballast with supply & fixing of straight Top channel 100x50mm, dropper channel 100x50 mm. with arrangement of fixing 3 nos. pin insulator. Do fuse set.- 3)-Fabrication, erection of 11 KV support on 8.5mtr PCC Pole with fixing of necessary clamps accessories required including grouting in ratio 1:4:8 cement, sand & brick ballast as per RESPO specification & direction of E/I. All material accept grouting material, nuts & bolts supplied by the Deptt.4)-Grouting and Nuzzling of stay set complete including fixing of necessary clamps. Accessories required including its grouting by civil material . 5)-ordinary earthling by MS earth Rod 2500mm long. 6)-Construction of T/F plinth of size 2x2x1.2 mtr with the help first class brick & masonary in the ratio 1:4 cement & sand coarse. Filling the structure completely per norms with RCC to 1:2:2 cement & stone grit with MS bar nad MS channel for resting transformer.7)-Earthing of T/F Pipe type with 60 fit deep borring and providing GI Pipe 1.5 dia 60 fit GI Pipe) and GI strip 25x5 mmx6 meter long attached with clamps, L piece, nut & bolts and GI Pipe Cap. All material shall be supplied by the contractor.8)-Wiremess fencing of 11/0.4 KV S/S shall be made of rectangular of size as per site requirement not exceeding 3 meter fabrication 45x45x5 mm angel the frame is also have 1 no. Horizontal runner of MS flat 40x5 welded in middle to support of wire mesh. Rectangular welded type wire mess of size 50x25 made of 12 S.W.G. wire mess shall be welded all along the periphery of the frame .9)-Construction of brick masonry distribution pillar box by digging foundation concreating brick masonary wall RCC slap fabrication and fixing of 2 No. MS angle 40x40x5x1200mm) suitable for fixing 4 no. bus bar for incoming & 3 no. fuse unit 300 ampere for out going & its plastering, queering .10)-Providing and fixing of fuse unit 300 ampere for out going and other accessories required.-11)-Providing and fixing of Copper bus bar of size 50x6 mm having length 750 mm for incoming. 12)-Fixing of Guarding Angle of size 40x40x5x1500 mm. All material shall be supplied by the contractor. 13)-Laying Stringing & Sagging of 3 phase 3 wire 11 KV New line on ACSR weasel conductor as per RESPO Specification and direction on E/I. ACSR Weasel conductor shall be supplied by the Department. 14)-Cradel type guarding of 11 KV line made of GI No.6. Only GI wire shall be supplied by the department. 15)-Laying of 3.5x240/1x400sqmm PVC Cable by digging trench pucca/ Kaccha brick boxing in the trench, filling of sand its back filling without road restoration . 16)-Dismantling of old & used 100 KVA T/F opening jumpers, LT cable and other accessories of T/F including Safe loading, unloading carriage from site to J.E.s dump store. 17-)Dismantling of 250 KVA S/S/400 KVA T/F and its accessories along with dragging, loading cartage and unloading to JE dump store / Store center Daliganj. 18)-Erection & commissioning of 10 KVA T/F on PCC pole along with Providing and fixing of T/F holding clamp and all accessories. 19)-Safe Installtion & energistion of 250 KVA/ 400 KVA /630 KVA T/F on plinth by providing & fixing of L-piece, lugs, making HT/LT connections and and its commissioning.
