Provision Of Operational Works Stores - 1 Gabion Basket - Gabion Portable collapsible Wall basket, Galvanised welded mesh frame (2 cells per set) of size 1.22 x0.61x0.75 M (Length 4 feet,width 2 feet and height 2.5 feet). The SRT shall be applied with one shop coat of red oxide primer The Shape of SRT shall be regular and angle of bending shall be maintaned properly. The SRT not found properly in shape shall be rejected. Make : SAIL/ TATA/Jindal 7 Steel Roofing Trough (SRT). Steel Roofing Trough (SRT) ISI Marked 10 long made out of 2mm thick. @ 47.89/kg each with tolerance -5 to +5%, Hot rolled carbon steel sheet conforming to IS specification with 16 Nos 12MM dia long bolt, machine made (heavy duty) complete threaded with one nut and two washers of 30MM outer diameter and 3MM thick, per bolt, per SRT. The overall width of SRT shall be 613MM and height shall be 180MM. The SRT shall be applied with one shop coat of red oxide primer The Shape of SRT shall be regular and angle of bending shall be maintaned properly. The SRT not found properly in shape shall be rejected. Make : SAIL/ TATA/Jindal 8 D picket of 65mmx65mm x6m angle 1.365m long min wt 7.83 Kg with tolerance +/-5% with one coat of red oxide holes and notches. Steel to be ISI marked. Make TATA /Jindal /SAIL. 9 Indian Standard Medium Beam(ISMB) 200mm x 100mm x 12 feet long ISI marked.Make:- SAIL/ TATA. IS specification 808-1989.The weight of ISMB should not less than 25.40 Kg/RM 10 Bullet Resistant Glass. Bullet resistance glass of size 65mm thick for loop holes of size 450 mm x 300 mm in slid type with iron frame include necessary arrangements will be made in the frame to fix the glass in the loop holes. The frame will be pre painted with two coats of red oxide primer of approved make sample approved. The rear side of glass will be covered using 01 no transparent polycarbonate sheet of 1.25 mm thickness. The glass should be safe against AK-47 & Sniper Rifle as per testing norms from range of 10 M. An inverted “U” shaped opening of height 2” and width 1” will be provided for use of own Rifle on lower side centre glass. The glass will be of same specification as approved in the sample and sizes as per demand.nNote.
