Electricity operated Fly Ash Based brick manufacturing semi automatic machine:\nSupply installation and commissioning of Electrically operated Fly Ash Based brick manufacturing semi automatic machine with accessories as per the following specification:-\n1. Fly Ash based bricks making machine heavy duty with double side hydraulic compaction, rated production capacity nearly 1600 bricks per hour.\n2. PLC Operated and hydraulic pressure system with proper cooling arrangement including required amount of hydraulic oil for machine.\n3. 01 No. of conveyer of appropriate length and width, two ply belts to transfer the dry mixed from the bottom hopper to the top hopper attached with the gear box and motor.\n4. 02 Nos. of electrically operated pan mixer having capacity to prepare minimum 500 Kg per batch.\n5. 06 Nos. of wheel barrows to feed the raw material into the pan mixer.\n6. 02 Nos. of hydraulic bricks shifting pallets trolley with capacity to carry a load of 1500 Kg.\n7. Make of electric motor: Kirloskar, Crompton Greaves, ABB, Siemens.\n8. Providing of system for accommodating different die sizes as per IS codes.\n9. Machine should be able to generate a minimum hydraulic pressure in the range of 2200-300psi.\n10. 02 Nos. Hydraulic operated machine for shifting of bricks from casting yard to curing or drying yard including required amount of hydraulic oil.\n
