The Trades Men Shall Be Having The Minimum Qualification Of 10Th Std Having Experience In The Relevant Field Or Experience Certificate In The Same Field Issued From The Recognised Govt/Pvt Organisation/Contractor . The Category Of The Tradesmen Will Be Decided By Engineer-In-Charge Of The Relevant Field . The Tradesmen Shall Be Attending The Roll Call At The Place Of Maintenance Cell/Service Centre At 0900 Hrs To Put Their Attendance And To Receive The Complaints/Job Cards From The Concerned Executive Staff Or The Jes In Charge Etc . The Tradesmen Should Have Own Conveyance To Reach The Working Place With Proper Uniform And All Requisite Minimum Tools For The Relevant Trade To Perform The Duty , All Necessary Industrial Safety Measures Like Boots , Jackets , Safety Belts , Gloves , Helmets Etc . , As Approved By The Engineer-In-Charge Of The Relevant Field . All The Requisite Stores Shall Be Issued By The Dept . The Category Of Tradesmen Are As Under:- ( I ) Electrician ( Skilled ) - 05 ( Ii ) Carpenter ( Skilled ) - 01Note: ( I ) Working Hours Per Day : 0900 Hrs - 1300 Hrs; 1330 Hrs - 1730 Hrs ( Ii ) Maximum Of Tradesman Is Restricted To Be Employed Per Day Is 06 Nos Only . , Outsourcing Services By Providing Mate/Mazdoors For Assisting Tradesmen , To Carryout Earth Work/Loading/Unloading/Shifting Of Stores/T&P Etc All As Directed By Engineer-In-Charge For 08 Hrs Duty In All Weather/Climate Conditions At Any Place Under Age ( I ) Cannanore . The Tradesmen Shall Be Having A Minimum Qualification Of 08Th Standard And Shall Attend The Roll Call At 0900 Hrs To Put Their Attendance . The Mate/Mazdoors Should Have Their Own Conveyance To Reach The Working Place With Proper Uniform And All Tools To Perform Duty With Safety Measures Like Boots , Jackets , Safety Belts , Gloves , Helmets Etc As Approved By The Engineer-In-Charge All As Specified And As Directed By Engineer-In-Charge Of The Relevant Field . ( Ii ) Maximum Of Mazdoor Is Restricted To Be Employed Per Day Is 02 Nos Only . , Notes On Item No 1&2:- The Consumption Of Stores By The Tradesman Should Be Accounted In A Daily Basis And To Prepare Baby Indent For Audit And Account In A Weekly Basis . The Original Baby Indent & Proof Of Attendance For The Tradesmen To Be Forwarded Along With Rar/Final Bill During Payment To The Contractor . , Outsourcing Services For Data Entry Clerk To Enter Or Update Data Into Computer System As Per The Directions Of The Division / Sub Division/Section In Charge . The Data Entry Clerk Must Possess Competent English Skills . The Operator Will Need To Be Very Familiar With Office Software Such As Ms Office Etc And Shall Have Passed The Education Higher Than A High School With Qualification Of Computer Knowledge And Technical Qualification Of Typewriting With Key Board Of Computer With Experience Certificate In The Same Field Issued From The Recognised Govt/Pvt Organisation/Contractor . The Category Of Tradesmen Are As Under:-Data Entry Clerk ( Aao/Os ) - 01 NosNote : ( I ) Working Hours Per Day: 0900 Hrs - 1300 Hrs; 1330 Hrs - 1730 Hrs . ( Ii ) Maximum Of Data Entry Clerk ( Aao/Os ) Is Restricted To Be Employed Per Day Is 01 Nos Only . ( Iii ) The Proof Of Attendance For The Personnel To Be Forwarded Along With Rar/Final Bill During Payment To The Contractor . The Minimum Educational Qualification And Certificates For Computer Knowledge To Be Verified By The Engr-In Charge During Commencement Of Work . , Notes On Item No 1 To 3:- The Tradesmen/Mate/Mazdoor/Data Entry Clerks Shall Not Be Engaged To Work During National Holidays/Sundays And Declared Holidays Of Central/State/Local Authorities As Applicable In The Cannanore Station .
