Note 1.01 to 1.05:- The contractor has to update the completion of complaints by entering time of attending complaints, entering the material consumed and printing the baby indent for Sub Division, necessary manpower to be deployed by contractor for attending complaints of Priority 1, 2, 3 & 4 nature within stipulated time frame, (all T&P) and other minor store such as putty, white lead, screw, bolts, rawl plug etc. required for attending complaints shall be provided by Contractor. All T&P including computer/printer shall be installed by Contractor.
