    Repairing of 125 hp kirloskar make 1440 RPM, 440 volt 3 phase induction motor at zero point station pumping station by repairing following items i-Dismantling the motor for repairing, take out rotor and release burnt copper wire from stator, cleaning stator slots by petrol ii-Repairing stator of motor by supper quality enameled copper wire including all material like insulation paper, film sheet, cotton tape, empire tape, etc. varnish with required heating and blowing, making new connection lead with copper lugsiii- Repairing of rotor seat and bearing housing seat by welding and turning as per required size and checking straightness of rotor iv- Providing and fitting connection plate v- Fitting bearing NU-317 Bearing shall be provided by corporation ) vi- Providing and fitting bearing 6317 vii- Assemble the motor, fitting on chassis, alignment with pump and trial and testing on load complete.
