Providing and fixing 20 mm thick Granite flooring of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over and under bed of cement/ mortar/ concrete, at all levels nad for all kind of works, elevations, on horizontal and vertical surfaces, for all types of works (like flooring, skirting, dado wall lining & facing t, tread, riser, etc.) including all workmenship, preparation of working drawings topping, and mirror polishing of the floor, seprading white cement slurry at an average rate of 2.5 kg/Sqm.(unless noted otherwise) jointing & joint filling with white cement slurry (unless noted otherwise) mixed with colour pigment, to match the shafde of the finishing material laying to plumb and water level in desired pattern; line and hairline joint formed with inverted \"V\"shaped edges, moulding finishing and cleaning, testing providing opening of required size and shape, casting in pannels wherever specified including all labour materail, etc as per instruction of EIC.
