Approx. Quantity- 55M3 ( Each Filter Once In A Year ) 1.2 Shifting Of Materials & Preparation Of Chemical Solution For Charging In Ct-1 & Ct-2 And Cleaning Of Pump House Area, Decks & Basin Of Ct-1, Ct-2 & Ct-3 Etc. 2.0 Resin Removal And Refilling In The Vessel In D.M. Plant And Cleaning Of The Area After Completion Of The Job 3.0 Removal Of Activated Alumna, Screen And Refill 4.0 Etp-Shifting And Preparation Of Urea Hydrolysis Nutrient Dose, Charging Of Chemicals, Etc. 5.1 Manpower Requirement For Annual Shutdown For Different Jobs In O&U Group Of Plants 5.2 Manpower Requirement To Meet Exigency & For Smooth Running Of The Plant And Greasing Of Bearing Housing Of Various Pumps And Compressors In All Sections. 6.1 Cleaning Of Machines In Rwfp 6.2 Cleaning Of Channel Of Reservoirs In Rwfp From Wild Growth / Floating Material & Lifting / Disposal The Same 7.1 Pumping Of Outside Stagnant Water In Treated Water Ponds & Its Disposal On Occasional Basis In Fd Area 7.2 Cleaning Of Dewatering Pumps’ Wells & Strainers In Fd Area 8.0 Removal Of Suspended / Floating Material Etc. From Storm Water Drain Trap Near Etp 9.0 Cleaning Of Machines, Equipments, Drains Including Spillage Of Oil In Instrument Air Compressor House, Dm Plant, E.T.P. And Cooling Towers. 10.1 Removal Of Filter Media ( Sand ) And Filling Of The Same In Rwfp ( Once In A Year ) 10.2 Scrapping Of Filter Media Sand / Topping Up Of The Same In The Filter Beds In Rwfp. 11.1 Cleaning Of New Urea Hydrolysis Tank & Disposal Of Sludge
