Repair/Renovation Of Suction/Delivery Line And Other Allied Works At Sadiq Nagar Sps . , repair/renovation of suction/delivery line and other allied works at sadiq nagar sps , by carried out following works:-disconnect the all electric connections , decoupling the motor from the pump and dismantled the pump from suction/delivery system by using gas cutter and manual labour etc . as required . , dismantling the suction/ delivery line and sluice valve , nrv , bends and tail piece etc . by using gas cutter and manual labour etc . as required . , removing of worn out ms base frame from rcc by cutting foundation bolts by using gas cutter/welding set , manual labour and lifting/shifting the same to the je store etc . , breaking of rcc foundation by pneumatic power hammer and electric compression machine etc . removing the broken material from pump house and disposing the same at suitable place as per instruction of engineer in charge . , making/ casting the new foundation with the rich rcc mixture upto150 m . m height suitable for 25 h . p pump sets . size of the foundation 1650x600 m . m approx . i/c providing the foundation bolts ( 6 nos . each ) & fixing the same in the foundation before casting etc . as required . , providing the new base frame as per sample . , providing the sluice valve p . n 1 . 0 size 100mm . make: kirloskar/ivc , providing the nrv p . n 1 . 0 size 125mm . make: kirloskar/ivc , providing the hard ware goods for erection the suction and delivery line at site . , fabrication/supply of the suction line /bend ( 1nos . ) made out from b class m . s pipe size 125 n . b 6 mtr . approx . duly flanged as per existing . , providing the delivery line gap piece , /bend ( 1nos . ) made out from b class m . s pipe size 100 n . b . duly flanged as per existing . , fabrication of the header made out from b class m . s pipe size 150 n . b 2mtr . approx . duly flanged as per existing . , fixing of ms base frame on the foundation , suction /delivery lines , valves , gap pieces by electric welding set , manual labour , alignment the pump/ motor , fixing of ms delivery line in the existing pumping main and also making electric connection of the pump sets etc . , testing , commission the pump sets on no load/ full load . , painting the complete job with the one coat of red oxide primer and two coat of anticorrosive paint .
