Officer/JCO Living Shelter of Size 12.0m x 6.10m with 1.50m wide covered verandah, four partition walls to form ten rooms with ten doors, ten aluminium sliding windows, two standard ventilators, false ceiling made of 30mm PUF panels, wall cladding made of 50mm PUF panels, roof cladding made of 0.6mm PPGI colour coated sheets and three steel trusses made of portal frame structure. Main column with web-300˜200x5mm thick and flanges of 125 x 8mm thick, main rafter with web-250˜150 x 5mm thick and flanges of 100 x 8mm thick, 110 x 8mm thick and cantilever verandah rafter of same dimension.
