He Shall Be Well Conversant With Preventive Measures ( First Aid ) In Case Of Electrical Accidents And Fire Fighting Systems And Maintain Log Books For Sub Stations ( Iii ) The Unit Rate Quoted Shall Include Stationery Required To Maintain Attendance Register , Duty Roster , Payment Register , Display Board , Complaint Register , Log Sheet And Other Register As Directed By Engineer- In-Charge . The Unit Rate Also Include Distilled Water , Grease Etc For Battery Maintenanance , Cleaning Materials Like Cotton Waste Etc . ( Iv ) The Contractor Will Prepare Duty Roster Well In Advance And Got It Approved By Engineer - In- Charge And One Copy Of The Roster Shall Be Displayed In The Notice Board . ( V ) Supplying Of Stationary , Uniform , Tool And Plant Required For Day To Day Maintenance For Sub Station Maintenance All As Directed By Engineer In Charge . ( Vi ) Contractor Is Fully Responsible For Cleanliness Of The Area Of Substations .
