Shall Be Submitted . Such List Shall Also Form Part Of Rar / Final Bill . ( B ) In Case Of Epf , Statement Of Universal Account Number ( Uan ) Of Workmen Issued By Employees Provident Fund Organisation ( Epfo ) And The Same Shall Be Verified By Principal Employer ( Ge ) Either Directly From The Epfo Portal Or Insisting On A Payment Receipt Obtained By The Contractor From Epfo Portal While Depositing Contribution . ( C ) In Case Of Esic , The Detail Such As Employer Code , Insurance Number Of The Insured Workmen And Monthly Contribution Statement . ( D ) In Case Of Bonus , The Online Transaction Statement / Neft Slip With Details Of Workmen . ( Vi ) Rates Shall Be Quoted Only Upto Two Digits After Decimal . If Any Rate Quoted / Derived By Contractor Works Out To More Than Two Digits After Decimal , Then The Same Shall Be Rounded Off Upto Two Digits After Decimal . The Rounding Off Shall Be Done In Accordance With Rules For Rounding Off Of Numerical Values In Accordance With Is :02 Of 1960 ( Revised 2016 ) Of Bis , Note For Item No . 1 To 6 ( I ) The Contractor Shall Deploy Minimum 25% Manpower ( Tradesmen Only ) Iti Qualified With One Year Experience And Other Trained Tradesmen Having Minimum 3 Years Of Work Experience . ( Ii ) The Area Upto 25 Metre Around The Installation Shall Be Maintained By Cleaning Including Grass Cutting Etc All As Directed By Engineer-In-Charge . The Unit Rates Quoted By Contractor Shall Deem To Include This Aspect Also . Nothing Extra Shall Be Admissible On This Account . In Case Area Is Not Cleared By Contractor Around The Installation Recovery @Rs . 3300 / - Per Month / Per Installation Shall Be Made From Contractor . ( Iii ) The Unit Rates Quoted By The Contractor Shall Including Cleaning Of Pump Casing And Impeller Including Of Filling Glands ( Jam Dori ) To Avoid Leakage . ( Iv ) Contractor Shall Also Be Responsible For Proper Chlorination Of Water , Maintain Record Of Chlorination And Log Sheet And Collect The Chlorination Chemical And Dhpp ( N ) From The Mes Store ( Je E / M ) Well In Advance For Proper Operation .
