Supply of Automation unit with following bill of material :Automatic pump operation card, Power Supply DC 12volt 10 AMP, LED Indicators all function card, Pump dry run protection relay, Pump non- operation alarm unit, Micro sensor with power supply, High- low voltage relay, Phase failure relay/ reverse relay, Power on delay unit, Electronic over load relay, Current - transformer 100/5, Plastic enclosure, Buzzer Alarm with reset push button.\nThe work will cover the following scope / operation:-\n1. Sewage pump will start/stop automatically at desired level.\n2. Pump select by selector switch automatically start/ stop pump 1 or pump 2.\n3. The selector switch on manual position you can start pump 1 / 2 or both pump.\n4. If the tank is full and pump is not working then the alarm should give alert with indication.\n5. If pump is working and tank is empty the alarm should give alert with indication and automatically stop the pump for pump dry run protection.\n6. If pump is not working in any condition i.e pump overload, phase failure or phase reverse the alarm should give hooting sound with indications\n7. LED indication for all function on the control unit panel.\n

Unit installation and control wiring 1.5mm with flexible conduit pipe and hard pipe, mounting clamp, automatic unit to panel board. With thimble, connector box and hardware material i.e nut bolt etc. as per requirement.
