1. Actual Days: Charges on the basis of actual days for which services rendered plus journey days from Bangalore/other site and return to Bangalore/other site. 2. Travel expenses extra at actual: Travel expenses extra at actual by AIR (economy class ) upto nearest Airport and by Train/Road to the place of work as actually performed . 3. Accomodation charges extra at actual: Accommodation to be provided by THDCIL free of cost. In case , BHEL engineer does not found it suitable, he reserve right to stay in hotel, charges to which to be borne by THDCIL. 4. Instrument hire charges: Instrument to be provided by THDCIL. 5. Hours of Work & Overtime : Normal working hours are 8 hours/day. Overtime charges are twice the normal rates.Working on sundays and Holidays are considered as overtime. 6. Tax: IGST @18 % extra as applicable.
