Outsourcing Of Service For Operational Support , Management And Maintenance Of Visitor Management System At Naval Station , Ezhimala For A Period Of One Year Onsite Support As Per Rfp , Task 1 :- Steady State Operational Support ( A ) Initiate Actions Necessary To Continue Ongoing Operations Of Existing Vms ( B ) Create Operational Verification Checklist For Modules And Elements Within Vms That Will Be Verified To Ensure Normal Business Operations And Submit The Checklist To The User For Revision Or Updates On A Quarterly Basis . ( C ) Use The Operational Verification Checklist To Conduct A Daily Check On All Application Installed At End User Level And Server Level For Its Functionality . Send Daily Status Report To The User And Project Manager . ( D ) Identify Each Failure/ Issue And Escalate As Needed . Identify Items In Which The Performance Was Outside The Threshold For Acceptable Performance And Rectify The Same . ( E ) Analyze And Diagnose Issues , Identify Problematic Modules , Perform A Root Cause Analysis , And Provide A Description Of The Problem And Fix Or Address The Problem Within A Definite Time Frame ( F ) Perform Manual Transactions In The Event Of An Internal Software Issue , Data Correction , Or The Failure Of An Internal Batch Process And Ensure The Continuity Operation Of The System . , Task 2:- Generation Of Reports ( A ) Generation Of Various Mis Reports To Evaluate Daily Activities . ( B ) Generation Of On Demand Reports As And When Required . , Task 3 :- Steady State Corrective Maintenance ( A ) Encompasses Modifications That Fix Application Problems Caused By Design , Logic , Or Coding Errors . ( B ) Diagnose And Troubleshoot Technical Issues In The Existing System . ( C ) Database Administration Services Including Performance Monitoring , Performance Tuning , Optimization , Maintenance Of Table Spaces , Automatic And Manual Back Up ( D ) Including Application Bug Fixes , Fixes To Reports That Are Inaccurate , Correcting Business Rules That Contain Bad Logic , And/Or Assistance In Completion Of Scheduled Task .
