    Insulation Of Equipments <(>&<)> Pipelines In Ccd-1 <(>&<)> Ccd-2.- 40 MM THICK INSULATION ON PIPE LINE WITH MINERAL WOOL MATERIAL AND CLADING WITH G.I. SHEETS AS PER SCOPE OF WORK GIVEN BELOW AND TERMS AND CONDITIONS . SCOPE OF WORK: A) COLLECT MINERAL WOOL AND G.I.SHEET FROM STORES, MILLS OR FROM OTHER ISSUE LOCATION. B) MAKE TEMPORARY PLATFORM, IF REQUIRED, WHERE INSULATION WORK IS TO BE DONE. C) DISMANTLE THE OLD INSULATION AND G.I.SHEET AFTER GETTING CLEARANCE FROM THE DEPARTMENT. SALVAGE G.I.SHEET, IF IT IS IN GOOD CONDITION. REMOVE THE OLD INSULATION MATERIALS AND DAMAGED G.I.SHEET FROM THE SITE AND STORE AT A PLACE, SHOWN BY SITE INCHERAGE. FINALLY TRANSPORT ALL OLD INSULATION MATERIALS AND SCRAPS TO THE LOCATION SHOWN BY SITE INCHARGE D) THE APPLICATION AND FINISHING OF THERMAL INSULATION MATERIALS SHALL BE AS PER IS 7413- 1981. METHOD OF APPLICATION SHALL BE AS PER PRESCRIBED IN THE IS 7413-1981 UNDER SUBJECT 4-METHOD OF APPLICATION. E) SURFACE PREPARATION : BEFORE APPLICATION OF INSULATION THE SURFACE SHALL BE WIRE BRUSHED
