    Providing And Painting To Radial Gate No 3 And 6 Of Bommanahalli Pick Up Dam Including Sand Blasting :-1.Preparing Structural Steel Surface For Painting By Sand Blasting To Expose Uniform Bright Base Metal And Applying A Coat Of Rust Inhibitive Compound Followed By Sand Blasting Including Cost Of All Materials Machinery Labour Royalty On Sand Etc Complete With All Leads And Lifts. 2.Providing Primer Painting To Structural Steel Surface With Zinc Rich Epoxy Primer Of Approved Quality ( With Zinc Content Not Less Than 85% Thickness Of Coat Not Less Than 40 Micron ) Including Cleaning The Surface Cost Of All Materials Labour Scaffolding Etc Complete With All Leads And Lifts. 3.Providing Painting To Structural Steel Surface With Two Coat Cold Applied Epoxy Coal Tar Paint Of Approved Quality Including Cleaning Repairing Shop Coat Of Primer Cost Of All Materials Labour Scaffolding Etc Complete With All Leads And Lifts. ( Thickness Of Each Coat Not Less Than 150 Microns. Total Dft Of Paint Including Primer Coat Not Less Than 350 Micron. ) 4.Labour Charges Towards Operation Of Crest Gantry Crane For Lowering And Lifting & Stacking Of Crest Stoplog Elements For Crest Gate Upstream Painting. 5.Cleaning Of Sand From Dam Portion And Removal Beehives. 6.The Painting Work Has To Be Attended Only After Completion Of Major Structural Repair To Each Radial Gate One By One. Hence Both Radial Gates Painting Works Cannot Be Taken Continuously.
