(a) Architectural Services \npreparation of complete conceptual plans, Architectural drawing including detail plan, elevation, section, schedule of finishes as well as external finishes. The drawings with covers detailed working drawings to the minutest details with refrence to Technical Architectural and functional requirement in soft and hard copy on A1 Size paper. (One set of tracing paper and Six set of white paper print)

(b) Structural Services\nStructural design and drawings for Deep fording and floating pit duly incorporated with all details including foundation plan, Structural plan, section, Structural Misc details, final submission of approved structural drawings with supported relevant design data (STAAD-File) in soft and hard copy on A1 Size paper. (One set of tracing paper and Six set of white paper print)

(c) Proof checking and vetting\nStructural drawings shall be vetted by any Govt Engg Collage/ NITs/ IITs duly countersigned

(d) Submission of drawings and documents\n(i) Seven Nos of drawings and design folder each in both hard and soft copy.\n(ii) Hard copy of final drawing duly signed will be submitted on tracing sheet on A1 Size (One copy) and Six copy on white paper and soft copy in CD.\n(iii) Consultant shall be bound to provide any clarification required by the department after submission of final drawing till execution of project as and when required without any extra cost.
