Manning And Operation Of Electrict Supply/Dg Set Installation At Joshimath Under Ge 871 Ews , note for ser no 1 to 2 ( a ) the complete installation with equipments in serviceable condition will be handed over to the contractor for the manning and operation . the conditions as below shall be followed by the contractor while operating the power house/pump house installation ( b ) the electrician shall be qualified with iti/itc from any recognized institute and between 18 years to 60 years of age . ( c ) the contractor will ensure general cleanliness of the complete installation and their equipements , installation compound and its sorrounding area etc as directed by engr-in-charge/je . ( d ) the duty persons liable for the any kind of checking by the dept on any matter relating to the installation and in case of any incidence the operator will inform imdt to je/engr-in-charge/ge . ( e ) the operator will also ensure the security of the installation for 24 hrs . ( f ) the contractor will be responsible for any damage to the installations/plant due to the mishandling of the operater , he will make good the same at his risk and cost , decision regarding responsibility of the fault/damage will be decide by the ge , his decision shall be final and binding . ( g ) no shift duty person will left the duty place with out reliever if any pers found absent from the duty place while checking by the mes staff at any time the absent will be marked in attendence register and penalty , should be recovered from the due payment as specified . ( h ) the rate quoted is deemed to be inclusive of the cost of complaint slips , registers maintain the log book for vcb attendence register , break down register , shutt down register for local area , and earth test register . the cost for the stationary shall be quoted included in the quoted rate . and cost of t &p for maint work , area cleaning and maintenance of pump houses , sub stations , tank and including earth pits and pruning of tree branches and minor consumables such as clips , nut and bolts etc for day to day maintenance . ( j ) the rate quoted is deemed to be inclusive of providing mobile communication system in the complaint cell so that the complaint can be lodged and feed back can be obtained . ( k ) stores/fitting/fixtures shall be issued by the department for replacing unserviceable fittings/fixures . where required at no extra cost to the department . the stores to the extent available in the stores shall be issued . ( l ) the contractor has to supply uniform to their employees for wearing during the working hours summer and winter season . the unit rate is deemed to include for the uniform . the uniform shall be in blue colour pant and shirt . the pattern of the uniform shall be as decided by the engineer-in-charge . ( m ) technician/employees employed by the contractor will not work contineously for 07 days . the employees worked for six days contineously should be given one day off with payment as per the contract labour act as referred in condition 58 of iafw-2249 . ( n ) the contractor is responsible for maintenance of compliant cell the compliants to the individuals under consultation with concerned je e/m . ( o ) the contractor is responsible for submitting the doccuments of qualification/experience certificates of technicians to be employed before comencement of work . , manning and operation of sub station of hq 9 ( i ) mtn bde including sunday & holidays by deploying the below mentioned men power as per timing given :- ( a ) shift timings are as under :- ( i ) 1st shift - 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs ( ii ) 2nd shift : 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs ( iii ) 3rd shift : 2200 hrs to 0600 hrs ( b ) men power to be employed ( by out sourcing ) :- ( i ) fgm , skilled - 02 nos ( 1st & 2nd shift ) ( ii ) mate fgm , semi skilled - 01 nos ( 3rd shift ) the operatior shall be responsible for the operation of the machineries , installation and equipments given below at hq 9 ( i ) mtn bde :- ( c ) dg set 62 . 5 kva - 01 no ( d ) ht 11 kva do fuse set - 03 nos ( e ) step down outdoor transformer 11000/433 volts , 100 kva - 2 no ( f ) switch gears/lt panel board ac 433 volt complete with following accessories :- ( i ) change over switch 400 amps - 2 nos ( ii ) mccb 400 amps ( outgoing ) - 2 nos ( iii ) mccb 200 amps ( outgoing ) - 2 nos ( iv ) mccb 100 amps ( outgoing ) - 2 nos , manning and operation ( by out sourcing man power ) of electric supply distribution system in general day shift of 0800 hours continueous duration including sunday and holiday by employing the manpower as mentioned below for entire maintenance of electric supply system comprising of internal electrification/external electrification/god/ht/lt over head lines/ht/lt ug cable/day to day complaints of various locations and connected fittings and fixtures at entire area of joshimath by deploying the below mentioned manpower as per the timings given :- ( a ) shift timings are as under :- ( i ) general day shift : 0930 hrs to 1800 hrs , with lunch break from 1330 to 1400 hrs . ( b ) man power to be employed ( by out sourcing ) :- ( i ) electrician , high skilled - 01 nos in general shift . , ( a ) shift timings are as under :- , ( i ) 1st shift - 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs , ( ii ) 2nd shift : 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs , ( iii ) 3rd shift : 2200 hrs to 0600 hrs , ( b ) man power to be employed ( by out sourcing ) :- , ( i ) electrician , high skilled - 03 nos ( 01 no for each shift ) , ( c ) the operator shall be responsible for the operation of the machineries , installation & quipments given below at power house at joshimath :- , ( i ) ht 11 kv vcb - 05 nos ( ii ) ht 11 kv god switch - 05 nos ( iii ) ht 11 kv do fuse set - 05 nos ( iv ) step down outdoor transformer 11000/433 volts , 315 kva - 1 no ( v ) step down outdoor transformer 11000/433 volts , 200 kva - 3 no ( vi ) step down outdoor transformer 11000/433 volts , 100 kva - 2 no , ( d ) switch gears/lt panel board ac 433 volt complete with following accessories :- , ( i ) change over switch 400 amps - 3 nos ( ii ) vcb 800 amps ( incoming ) - 1 no ( iii ) vcb 800 amps ( outgoing ) - 03 no ( iv ) acb 400 amps ( incoming ) - 2 no ( v ) mccb 400 amps ( outgoing ) - 2 nos ( vi ) mccb 200 amps ( outgoing ) - 2 nos ( vii ) mccb 100 amps ( outgoing ) - 2 nos , ( e ) switch gears/lt panel board for power capacit
