Manning And Operation Of E/M Installations At Mil Stn Sangrur Under Ge South Patiala As Per Tender Document , Serial Item No . 1:Rendering Services To Bulk Recieving Centre At Sub Station No1 Including Ht Ocb 11 Kv By Deploying One Electrician , Continously For 24 Hours Per Day In Three Shifts Of 8 Hrs Each On All Days Including Sundays And Holidays Comprising Of Various Activities /Works As Specified Below . ( A ) Recording & Maintenence Of Log Sheet Of Installation , Shut Down Register . ( B ) Proper Testing/Setting Of All The Idmtl Relays As Per State Electricity Board/ Setting Of Over Current /Earth Fault Relays Incorporated In 11 Kv Installations . ( C ) On Indication Of Any Type Of Fault /Tripping Of Ocb /Ht Switchgear The Contractor Shall Be Responsible To Locate The Fault And Intimate The Engr-In-Charge For Further Necessary Action . ( D ) Operation Of Ht /Lt Breaker ( E ) All Types Of Cleaning I . E Cleaning Of Ht/Lt Breaker Tightening Of Connectiuons In Ht/Lt Breakers Installed In Power House Etc ( F ) Maintaining Proper Voltage Of Dc Battery Bank And Ensuring Proper Serviceablity Of Battery Bank ( G ) Preventive Maintenence For Power House Equipments ( H ) Making Coordination With The Team Working At Ht/Lt Line Sub Station Etc All As Specified And Directed By Ge For The Following Power House . Quoted Rate By The Bidders If Found Below The Estimated Rate Shall Be Termed As Non Bonafide Bid And To Be Rejected During Evaluation Of Bids . ( Ii ) In Case Minimum Fair Wage , Epf , Esic , Gst And Labour Cess Changed Before The End Date Of Submission Of Bid , The Estimated Rate Under Column No 5 Shall Be Deemed Ammended As Per Revised Statutory Provisions And Note No 1 Above Shall Stand Acordingly . ( Iii ) Contractor Wil Display Fire Fighting Chart , Safety Chart , Dos And Donts , First Aid Box Complete With Medicine ( Iv ) All Types Of T&P Measuring Instruments Required At Site Shall Be Priovided By Contractor ( V ) All Types Of Stationary Items Etc Shall Be Provided By The Contractor . ( Vi ) Cordination Will Be Made By Contractor With Both The Team I . E Complaint Team And Team At Power House . ( Vii ) Before Taking Over The Installation The Contractor Will Ensure That All The Ht Switch Gear Installed At Power House Are Working Satisfactorily . If Any Reapir Is Required For The Same , He Shall Intimate To The Department , Once Taking Over The Installation The Contractor Shall Be Fully Responsible For Any Nature Of Defects Caused Due To Negligence Of Contractor Operating Staff . ( Viii ) The Firm Shall Comply Existing Labour Laws , Ie Rules , Factoryact Etc In Totality . , Serial Item No . 2: Rendering Services By Attending Complaints Of Electric Supply From Receiving Centre /Substation Upto Db /Main Switch Board And Carrying Out Various Activities/Works Required For Proper Functioning Of Entire System And Activities Specified Below By Deploying One Electrician With One Helper In Three Shifts Per Day I . E For 24 Hours On All Days Including Sundays And Holidays Complete All As Specified & Directed By Engr In Charge . A ) Upkeeping The Electric Supply Upto Db/Main Switch Board Including Rectifying All Defects Of Overhead Lines Ht & Lt , Underground Cable , Panels And Transformers Etc . ( B ) Balancing Of Loads Of Each Transformer ( C ) Attending Faults Occuring At The Substation Such As Replacement Of Fuse Of God Switches Of Suitable Capacity Including Supply Of Ht Fuses Changing Insulators Jumpers And Tightening Of Loose Connections And Carrying Out Other Works Required To Maintain Unintrupted Power Supply To The Substations . , Serial Item No . 2 ( Contd ) : ( D ) Providing Pvc Tape , Fuse Wire , Aluminium Jumper , Pvc Spacers , Nut & Bolts Etc , Washers , Thimbles And Necessary Devices For Detecting Faults In The Underground Cable Rectifying Th E Same And Making Good The Distrubed Portion . ( E ) Attending Security Lights Complaints As Per Direction Of Engr-In-Charge , Stores Required For Security Light Will Be Issued By The Department .
