i) Preparation of Feasibility Report by conducting topographical survey with geo-technical investigation for development of Ponds and Watershed in the Sukhsagar Jala, Udaipur under Gomati District, Tripura in both sides of the Udaipur Railway Station to meet the irrigation needs, aquaculture by improving the water quality, ingress of river water, diversion of the flood water during inundation of the Sukhsagar Jala to Jamuri Cherra considering overall socio economic development with fish farming and beautification in all respects. Approx. area – 265 acre. (ii) Preparation of Detailed Project Report based on the feasibility approved by the Deptt. rendering the comprehensive Project Management Services on behalf of the Department of Fisheries, Govt. of Tripura. and including detailed plan, methodology for creating water bodies, constructing embankment by available excavated earth/foreign earth, developing inter-alia road network among the water bodies for collection of output and related necessary infrastructural facilities along with sectional views with other relevant drawings, detailed cost estimates and engineering details considering all components, subsoil investigation etc.\n(iii) Execution of the works like creation of water bodies, peripheral embankment, constructing inter-alia road network, lighting, drainage system, working shed, diversion of the flood water during inundation etc. on approved DPR by engaging agency through e_tendering process on behalf of the Department, as per approved sectional views with other relevant drawings, detailed cost estimates and engineering details considering all components, subsoil investigation etc. to develop the project areas suitable for Pisciculture activities in all respects.
