( Iii ) Desgin Calculation And Final Report In Soft And Hard Copy . . Note :- Unit Rate Quoted By The Consultant Shall Include Cost For Visiting Mes Office/Work Site At Ezhimala In Connection With Consultancy Work Till Completion Of The Expert Advice . , Recommendation Of Repair Works And Methodology If Required After Test , Providing List Of Items Of Work , Specification For Repair Work For Preparing Tender . , Note :- ( I ) If It Is Decided That No Repair Work Is Required To Be Executed , The Work Included Under Sl Item No . 1 . 02 Would Not Be Executed And Completion Certificate Would Be Issued To The Consultant . In That Case , Payment To The Extent Of 90% Of Accepted Rate Of Sl Item No . 1 . 01 Of Boq Would Be Released To The Consultant In Rar And Balance Payment Would Be Released In The Final Bill . ( Ii ) If It Is Decided To Execute Sl Item No . 1 . 02 , Payment Would Be Released To The Consultant As Under :- ( A ) Payment To The Extent Of 90% Of Accepted Rate Of Sl Item No . 1 . 01 And 1 . 02 Of Boq Would Be Released To The Consultant In Rar After Issue Of Tender In Respect Of Repair Work . ( B ) Balance Payment In Respect Of Sl Item No . 1 . 01 And 1 . 02 Would Be Released To The Consultant In The Final Bill .
