Dry ice blasting of Flue Gas Cooler Tubes in FCCU and Utility Boiler tubes and HRSG: Dry ice blasting by dispensing dry ice pallets along with compressed air through a specially designed nozzle at high speed against the surface to be cleaned. Required dry ice and its transportation are in contractor's scope. Charges per Sq. M cleaning shall also include local transportation of contractor man-power, machines and dry ice. Compressed air (@ 6-7 bar) is in the scope of IOCL.

Air compressor hiring charges: (Optional) In case if IOCL unable to provide compressed air, contractor shall be informed accordingly to mobilise compressor(s) of required capacity. Bidder shall supply compressors (6 bar and above) suitable for operation as per scope of supply and work. Hiring charges (payable by IOCL to contractor) for Air comprssors shall be quoted in Lumpsum per shift per compressor for 12 hours shift. Quoted charges shall be all inclusive price including fuel / electricity and no additional charges shall be payable on any account.
