| 2 | 1.01 | Supply and installation at site of work including carriage and erection, testing commissioning other incidental actions, LED lights and other accessories as detailed below for street light having 9 Mtrs high double arm, customized street light pole made in combination of hot dip galvanized mild steel pipe sections Sq 150 mmx3mm thick & Sq 125mm x 2.5mm thick surface mounting type lighting pole. The pole shall consist of two sections, made of square tubes of 150mm with length of 2000mm at the bottom section, sq125 mm with length of 5000mm at the second section with steel of grade YSt 210 and shall be able to withstand the wind speed of 50m/sec, considered in design as per IS-875(Part 3):1987. The decorative design double arm bracket shall be made of Sq 125mmx2.5mmthick tube overhang length of 1200mm, height 2000mmand tilt of 15''. This single piece assembly should be capable of orientation in any four directions and secured with stainless steel 304 grade allen grub screw. The pole shall be square in shape, made with different distinct sections which shall be welded using special V groovve technique with MIG welding process. Flag rods shall be madeof Sq 25mmx2mm thick tubes of 915mm length on each side with cast iron clamping system. Entire pole & bracket including all the elements shall be made to provide pleasing aesthetics. After fabrication entire pole and bracket is hot dip galvanized with 70 microns thickness for the effective corrosion resistance. The pole shall be provided with built-in control box with service door casted in aluminium with special protection. The control gear tray is to be prewired with 4 way connector for loop-in-out arrangement and single pole MCB 'C' Series 10KA breaking capacity & connector. The gear tray wiring shall be with 2.5Sqmm flexible multi core copper cable. The wiring will be limited to gear tray only. The pole is to be provided with a surface mounting plate of size 300x300x16mm, (steel of grade E250 to IS 2062:2011) and welded at the bottom of pole with supporting gussets. The mounting plate shall be provide with elongated holes (48x24) for alignment of the pole to suit M20x500mm Bolts at CC 215.
