Providing, fixing, testing and commissioning the horizontal eleven stages centrifugal pump of Mather & Platt make as per BIS 1520-1980 or latest edition read with BIS 9137-1978 with required accessories etc. complete. The above pump shall be coupled directly through a set of flexible couplings on existing MS fabricated base frame to horizontal foot mounted 690kw/925HP, slipering induction motor as specified ahead:-SPECIFICATIONS OF PUMP:- Make WILO Mather & Platt, Type-III A PLURO VALVE11 CHR along with flexible coupling: Total Head:-700 mtrs, Discharge = 228m3/hour specific gravity of water= 1000 kg/m3, at 4°C Effective speed of prime mover = 1485 to 1500 RPM. Suction lift: negative, Dia of rising main=300mm , Limits of Head which pump is required to operate (-25% to +10%) of total Head), Length of rising main 1887m. SPECIFICATIONS OF MOTOR Providing, fixing, testing and commissioning BHEL make Horizontal foot mounted of 690 KW/925 HP SPDP slipring induction motor with class “F” insulation in SPDP enclosure and 1485 RPM speed suitable for operation 2.2 KV + 10% volts 3 phase, 50 cycle per second, AC supply. The motor shall be as per IS 325 (with latest edition) read with BIS 900-1992 with up to date amendments. Running Hours= Continuous Running.

Providing and fixing of Motorized as well as manually operated Liquid Rotor stater type MER-7 for 690 KW motor complete with fixed and moving electrodes having movement of electrodes in horizontal forward/reverse, mechanism box/cable box having reduction gear, pilot motor and other accessories for motorized operation control box having forward/reverse contractor, overload relay, indicating lamps, push buttons, auto manual switch and necessary back up protection etc. It will be providing mechanical short circuiting copper contact assembly as well as 300A rating, Air Break shorting contractor of L&T, ABB/Schneider make (in delta connected) to suit the rotor current of motor for short circuiting resistance when motor attains full speed. It will have interlocking arrangement/circuit for stater control panel, so that main motor can not be started unless resistance is in fully-in-position, complete in all respects.
