VERIFYING THE BOUNDARY DETAILS GIVEN BY HPCL AND COMPUTATION OF ACTUAL SITE LAYOUT PLAN ARE TO BE DONE. MAKING TEMPORARY GRID MARKING OF THE AREA UNDER SCOPE OF SURVEY, AT EVERY 5 M INTERVAL IN BOTH THE PERPENDICULAR DIRECTIONS. RECORDING THE LEVELS WITH RESPECT TO THE PERMANENT B.M (TO BE ESTABLISHED BY SURVEY TEAM) USING DUMP LEVEL/THEODOLITE, Excavation for foundation upto required depth below ground level in any type of soil except hard rock . Rate to include dressing the sides and bottom, bailing out of water if encountered, shoring, strutting, backfilling after the construction of foundation, foundation, trenches/plinth beam etc compacting by the side of the foundation and disposal of surplus excavated earth within/outside HPCLs premises to an unobjectionable place, as directed by the Engineer in Charge including spreading, watering and compaction, complete . The measurement of the excavation would be based on actual depth of excavation with applicable rate for different depths.EXCAVATION IN EARTH BETWEEN 1.5 TO 3 M, Excavation for foundation upto required depth below ground level in any type of soil except hard rock . Watering ,ramming, compacting, and if required, rolling and re-rolling with power roller , mechanical compactors of 80KN- 100 KN capacity to achieve maximum compaction, all complete as per direction of Engg.-In- Charge. The earth should be free from weeds, grass and other objectionable debris. Black Cotton soil shouldnt be used. Measurement basis compacted thickness only. Rate shall include conducting compaction test as per tech spec, Providing , mixing and placing REINFORCEMENT CEMENT CONCRET 1:1.5:3 mix using 20 mm and down size graded crushed aggregate including providing and fixing necessary plywood /steel shuttering , scaffolding, bracing, machine mixing, compacting by vibrators, curing, hacking the surface to receive plaster etc. complete. RCC 1:1.5:3 FOR TOP SLAB OF UG TANK, Providing and laying in position specified grade (Ready Mix Concrete) controlled concrete as per approved mix design for sub-structure (i.e. upto ground level icluding pavement ) and shapes using graded metal with size 20 mm and 12.5 mm. including placing, vibrating, compacting, curing etc. complete as per provisions of the relevant IS codes Rate shall be exclusive of the cost of steel reinforcement, which will be paid under a separate item READY MIX CONCRETE (M-25) FOR :RCC D/way/ Culvert slab/Tank bottom raft/tank top slab as per IS-4926, Boring, Providing and installing Bored cast-in-situ R.C.C. pile of 350 mm diameter & length below the pile cap M25 in Cement Concrete, to carry a safe working load not less than specified, including Chiseling in Hard Rock upto 4D, excluding the cost of steel reinforcement but including the cost of boring with, bentonite solution & temporary casing of appropriate length for setting out & removal of same and the length of the pile to be embedded in the pile cap e.t.c. all complete, including removal of excavated earth from HPCL compound with all lifts & leads (Length of Pile for Payment shall be measured upto bottom of Pile Cap), Providing & laying brick pitching with bricks having minimum crushing strength 35 Kg/Cm2 . Rate to include joining with cement mortar, excavation up to required depth and providing and laying PCC 1:2:4 haunching @ 1m c/c , also including cutting, bending & supply and laying of 17 SWG annealed binding wire inside the HUME Pipe for pulling cables in future.Test certificates from manufacture shall be submitted and approved by EIC before use HUME PIPES- 150 MM DIA NP2 CLASS, CERAMIC TILE FLOORING: Providing and laying matt finish 1st quality Ceramic tiles of 8 mm thick of following size in flooring of approved make and shade and free from cracks, warpage,fissures and flakes with straight edges and perfect corner laid at right angle as per design and pattern over a bedding of cement mortar of 30 mm thick CM 1:5 finishing the joints neatly with white cement mixed with matching colour pigment and finish in all respect and all material and labour complete, RMC M-150 SUPERSTRUCTOR ABOVE 3M HTU. Under Reamed PILES 350MM DIA. Providing RCC 1:1.5:3 for under reamed piles up to required depth with double bulbs as per IS 2911 etc. All complete. Reinforcement steel shall be paid separately. Pile cap shall be paid separately, RMC M-150 SUPERSTRUCTOR ABOVE 3M HTU. Under Reamed PILES 300MM DIA. Pile cap shall be paid separately.- size 300 mm diameter, RCC PRECAST KARB 0.3X0.15X0.30 : Providing and erecting kerb wall of concrete precast kerb of required size & shape with M20 grade concrete using 20mm and down size crushed stone aggregates including shuttering, mixing, compacting , pond curing for 14 days etc. as per IS 456, transporting from the place of casting errcting the wall with filling the joints with necessary cement slury etc. complete.
