    Replacement Of Sliding Bearings On Boom Hinges And Repair Of Cracked Welds On Port Hmc ( Italgru ) At Mormugao Port Trust , Dismantling Of The Boom From Hinge Points In All Respect After Making All The Necessary Arrangements For Securing The Hmc/ Boom And Making Of Necessary Scaffolding/ Platform Etc . Including All Safety Measures , Replacement Of Sliding Bearings And Other Accessories In The Boom Hinge Housing Including Hinge Pins If Worn Out ( All Items To Be Replaced , Will Be Supplied By Port ) , Repairs To The Parent Metal Of The Boom Hinge Housings Only If Worn Out , By Building Up And Machining And Ensuring Of The Line Alignment Of Both Hinges ( Including The Cost Of Welding Electrodes , Other Consumables And Machining Required To Carry Out The Work ) , Inspection Of Boom Luffing Cylinder Bracket ( Top ) And Replacement Of Bearing , Pin , Or Any Other Items Of The Bracket ( Top ) , If Required ( All Items To Be Replaced , Will Be Supplied By Port ) , Inspection Of Boom Luffing Cylinder Bracket ( Bottom ) And Replacement Of Bearing , Pin , Or Any Other Items Of The Bracket ( Bottom ) If Required ( All Items To Be Replaced , Will Be Supplied By Port ) , Assembly Of The Boom To The Main Structure Of Hmc Through Hinge Points After Carrying Out All Above Repair And Replacement Works , Structural Repairs To The Cracks Developed On Weld Joints On Both Sides Of The Upper Tower Foundation Plates By Welding Process Submitted By Oem ( Including The Cost Of Welding Electrodes , Other Consumables And Machining Required To Carry Out The Works ) , Structural Survey Of Hmc At Critical Welding Joints Shall Be Carried Out By The Tenderer By Performing Ndt/ Dye Penetration Test Of The Welds .
