Fabrication and Fixing of Ladder Type MS Cable tray (10-20 cm).\nThe scope of work includes transportation of all necessary items (including free supply items from FACT) to site. The scope of work also includes Fabrication of ladder type cable racks of width: 10cm to 20cm using MS angles of size 50x50x6mm and MS flats of size 50x6 mm. MS flat cable supports shall be provided as cross bar at intervals of 40cm by proper welding.The scope of work also includes fixing of fabricated MS tray on available structures by welding/using fastners (SS 304 bolt, nut and washers)/ anchor bolts). Support to the cable tray shall be of MS angle(ISA65x65x6mm/ ISA50x50x6mm)/channel(ISMC100x50). The work shall include painting of MS cable tray and supports with one coat of epoxy-based primer and two coats of epoxy paint of dark grey colour. Supply of all items other than MS angles and flats required for the completion of work like welding electrodes, fasteners, paint, primer etc are included in the scope of bidder.

Fabrication and errection of ladder type cable racks of size 65cm/40cm/30cm/20cm using Aluminium angles of size 50x50x6mm and Aluminium flats of size 50x8mm and their erection in wall/ supports in the Fert UC plants. Aluminium flat cable supports shall be provided as cross bar at intervals of 400mm by drilling two numbers of holes at each end and fixing it with fasteners SS304-size 8mm with 2nos of washers. The fixing of the fabricated rack shall be by using proper aluminium/ MS angle support or using proper anchor fasteners. The work shall include supply of SS304 nuts, bolts, washers required for the fabrication of cable trays, painting of MS supports with one coat of epoxy-based primer and two coats of epoxy paint of dark grey colour. Breaking of walls, sunshade etc to carry out the work comes under the scope of the contractor.The Aluminium angle & flat, MS structurals will be supplied by FACT free of cost.
