Bharaich , detailed topographical survey based on gps / cpgps system using total station / rtk and preperation of site plan / alignment plan of roads for a width of 24 m to 50 m as per requirement at site taking cross section @ 25 m intervals on straight roads alignment and @ 10 m intervals on curves , including details of drains , row , trees , electric poles , buildings / drains , ponds and any other man made structure within the survey limit . the centreline and edgeline of proposed road alignment @ 12 m / @ 15 m ( in forest / open areas ) as per requirement at site on both side of the centreline . the lines shall be marked with the help of nails / wooden pegs making path with paint on tress and fixing of 3 . 0 m height and 3 dia bamboos also clearing & grubbing as per requirement of site condition for counting of tress in forest / national park areas for alignment fixation , counting of trees and survey work on alignment laying in wild life sanctuary / forest of dpr no 21 , 24 , 25 & 26 ( total length 80 . 43 km ) under indo nepal board road project in district bahraich . the data collected as specified above are required to be presented on scale 1 . 25000 h and 1: 250 v . digital map is required to be submitted in the shape of drawing sheet drawn with the help of auto plotter and calculation in ms excel format properly bound in the shape of dockets in 20 copies along with 5 set of soft copies . the rate shall include all type of machine , forest proposels report part-1 & part-2 uploading / t & p , labour , taxes etc . required for proper completion of work as per director of engineer incharge . preparation of environment cleariance including all mitigation plans / proposals in confirmity to the lattest guidelines for effective&transparent implementation of the provisions of forest ( conservation ) act 1980 . proposals in hard and soft copies uploading the proposals online , reply of quarries by concern authorities in govt up & govt of india .
