    Engineering,Procurement and Construction (EPC) for Supply , Erection and Commissioning of equipments for conversion of double sulphitation process to sulphurless sugar production process along with construction of Foundations and other related civil work on Turnkey basis at Pipraich , District Gorakhpur,(U.P) , supply : , ex-works ( ex-bidders or their sub-contractors workshop or place of supply ) price of the plant & machinery in accordance with specifications & details of draft agreement , necessary facilities including lagging , first filling of lubricants , material including primary & final coating as per colour scheme of purchaser etc . , erection cum commissioning : in accordance with specifications & details of draft agreement erection cum commissioning , cost of handling material at site , storage at site and security thereof . , cost of site handling , erection , trials & commissioning of the plant and machinery . , civil construction : in accordance with specifications & details of draft agreement construction , cost of all machinery foundations , cost of all other related civil work , opertion & maintenance - in accordance with specifications & details of draft agreement of operation and maintenance . , off-season repairs and miantenance ( for 1 seasons ) , operation of epuipments supplied and installed for conversion of seasons ( 5 months per season )
