    Study , Preparation And Submission Of Sensitive Mapping , Risk Analysis And Requirement Of Pollution Response Equipment Related To Risk Analysis For Losdcp Of Vpt . - To Carry Out Detailed Study And Prepare Sensitivity Mapping For The Area ( Marine Environment And Areas On Shore ) Under Visakhapatnam Port As Per Appendix-E3 Of Nosdcp, As Revised In December, 2018 Including Net Environmental Benefit Analysis ( Neba ) For The Use Of Chemical Osd. 2. To Carry Out A Detailed Risk Assessment To Envisage The Quantum Of Oil That Can Spill In Various Scenarious And Pollute Port Waters During Different Seasons ( Taking All Shipping / Cargo Operations Within The Visakhapatnam Port Limits Into Consideration ) 3. List Of Pollution Mitigation Equipment ( In Comparison To Response Equipment As Per Nosdcp 2018 ) Required For Combating The Envisaged Quantity Under Point-2 Above With Operational Plans ( Proactive Measures And Post Spill Measures ) For Protection Of Marine Environment And Sensitive Areas On Shore And To Mitigate The Envisaged Threat For Each Type Of Envisaged Risk During Different Seasons Of The Year. N The Calculation Worked Out As Per The Quantity Of Spill Envisaged For Various Scenarios Under Point No.2 Above To Be Furnished. N Current And Wind Maps ( Month Wise ) For All Seasons In The Sensitive Area ( How The Nstudy Has Been Undertaken And Its Reliability ) To Be Provided Along With Validation Of The Study Carried Out For Sensitive Areas Identified Under 1 Above To Be Furnished.The Above Information May Be Obtained From Reliable And Competent Sources. N The Firm Has To Assist Visakhapatnam Port Trust ( Vpt ) In Clarifying All The Queries By Indian Coast Guard With Regard To The Study Carried Out By The Firm
