Providing Service Assistance For Projects-Instruments Activities At Manali Refinery Of Cpcl - 1 Providing Technical Assistance During Pre-Commissioning / Commissioning Phase By Deploying Different Categories Of Skilled Personnel As Listed Below. The Quoted Man-Months Rates Shall Be Inclusive Of All Wages, Travel / Accommodation Expenses, Including Ppe’S, All Tools & Tackles, Etc. And Other Costs Which The Bidder Shall Be Entitled To Claim By Way Of Man-Day Rates For The Services. Nprior To Deployment Of Personnel At Site, Contractor Shall Submit The Detailed Cvs Of Such Persons Proposed To Be Posted At Site To Owner For Concurrence & Approval. Nthe Owner And Contractor Shall Jointly Maintain A Record Of All Such Personnel Chargeable At Man-Day Rates Which Shall Be Used As The Basis For Calculating Payments Due To The Contractor For The Services Covering Assistance During Pre-Commissioning & Commissioning Phase. Nmanpower Supply Shall Be On Below Mentioned Basis:- 12 Hrs Shift Basis ( Day Shift- 07.30 Hrs To 19.30 Hours ( Or ) Night Shift 19.30 Hrs To 07.30 Hrs On Next Day ) . Nshould The Performance Of Any Of Contractor’S Personnel Be Found Unsatisfactory By Owner, The Replacement Of Such Personnel Shall Be Carried Out By Contractor Immediately. Nthese Rates Will Be Utilised For Computing Rates To Compensate Extra Items, Miscellaneous Work, For Commissioning Assistance Until Plant Take Over By Client. 2 Electrician, Technician, Fitter Skilled Manpower For Day Shift / Round The Clock Shift 3 Electrician, Technician, Fitter - Overtime Hours 4 Supply Of Required Materials ( Tool Kit ) To Carry Out Commissioning Activities 5 Notes: Nthis Document Shall Be Read In Conjunction With Doc. Annexure-I To Scc - Scope Of Supply, Work & Services Ncontractor Shall Ensure That The Rates Quoted For Execution Of Instrument Works Take Into Account All Requirements, Services, Activities & Responsibilities Defined As Forming Part Of Contractor’S Scope In The Tender Document / Contract. Nspecial Attention Shall Be Given To Include The Efforts Necessary To Implement & Comply With The Relevant Safety Practices To Be Followed For The Instrument Works At The Plant Site, As Per The Applicable Hse Documents. Bidder To Consider Cost Towards All The Safety Requirements, Lifting & Erection Equipment, Etc. The Quoted Rates Should Be Inclusive Of Cost Towards All Such Requirements.
