    Providing Service Assistance To Projects-Planning Providing Service Assistance To Projects-Planning Section , Documentation Office Assistant - Skilled Personnel With Graduation In Any Discipline With Computer Knowledge - Also Refer Scope Of Work And Services In The Tender Document . Two Personnel Shall Be Provided Throughout The Year . All Personnel Shall Work From 07 . 30 Am To 04 . 00 Pm On All Regular Working Days From Monday To Saturday . Bidder To Quote The Rate On Per Day Basis Per Man Power . Total Quantity = 2 Manpower X 304 Mandays = 608 Mandays . , Same As Item No . 1 Above , But For Assistance Extended Beyond The Normal Working Hours Specified Above On Regular Working Days From Monday To Saturday , Working On Sundays , Cpcl Declared Holidays . The Unit Of Measurement Shall Be Hour . One Hour Is Defined As The Services Provided By One Skilled Manpower Per Hour . The Rate To Be Quoted Per Hour Basis Per Manpower . , Notes: ( 1 ) Contractor Should Provide Candidates Meeting Above Requirement From Which Final Selection Will Be Done By Cpcl Through Evaluation Of The Candidates . Candidate Should Furnish Necessary Documentary Evidences To Conform The Experience Criteria Stipulated Above; ( 2 ) Contractor To Provide Minimum Of 80% Of The Quoted Rate To The Selected Candidate As Wages . Necessary Documentary Proof To Be Submitted To Cpcl Along With Each Running Bill; ( 3 ) Contractor To Provide The Successful Candidates With All Safety Gadgets Including Safety Helmet , Safety Shoes , Jacket , Safety Goggles , Gloves , 3 Sets Of Uniforms , Etc . ; And ( 4 ) Food , Transportation , Etc . To Be Arranged By Candidate On His Own .
