Insulating The Coils With Resin Rich . , C ) Varnishing The Core And Baking . , D ) Wound The Coils With Correct Gauge And B Class Insulation Wire . The Copper Wire Used For Winding Coils Shall Be Of Good Quality , Correct Gauge And B Class Insulation . , E ) All The Winding Slots Are To Be Covered With B Class Insulation Paper And Place The Wounded Coils Properly , Varnishing The Winding And Baking . , F ) Complete Motor Shall Be Handed Over With Proper Connectorisation Of The Winding Cables In The Terminal Box And Fitment Of Complete End Voers .
