    TENDER FOR Defect Rectification Onboard Icgs Sagar , h-729: helo hangar shutter struck/ jammed when lowered/ hoisted during aviation safety audit by cgais team . same required to be overhauled and system to be proved for smooth operation . following jobs are to be included for safe helo opertaions: - a ) shutter casing at hangar top to be opened and hangar shutter to be removed . strip down the shutter in to single slats ( 94 nos ) b ) survey the hangar shutter gears , road , guide channels and securing arrangement by class surveyor . c ) gearboxes , universal joints and associated gears to be overhauled , graese to be filled and proved for operation . d ) helo hangar shutter slats to be scrapped to bare metal and painted . e ) re-assemble door and re-erect at ship
